A friend of mine owns a 5 unit apartment building in Humboldt, Tennessee. He has owned it for about 7 years and it is fully rented/occupied.
He has a business loan that has to be renewed every 5 years, or so. He is considering refinancing it with a mortgage.
Does anyone know of anyone in the DFW area that would be interested in financing this type of investment property?
Does anyone know of “real estate friendly” regional or local lenders in the Humboldt or Jackson, Tennessee area?
