    I have a property that will need significant rehab that I'll be showing tomorrow before accepting H&B offers starting at $69k.

    4/2 1840sf 1935 build about .33 miles from the Stockyards district.

    There were a couple of unpermitted additions/conversions (not included in bed/bath count) that we budgeted to change back.

    Keep the layout as is for a SFR flip/rental OR Another play: 2311 Market Avenue was a similar property before being converted into a quadplex with a net income of $35k (per MLS)
