    Happy Monday all,

What are you seeing in the market currently for Notes opportunities? Where could I learn specifics about the DFW market?

    Thank you in advance,

It depends what you are trying to do Rich. Performing or not performing, senior or junior? Seller finance or bank originated? What is your goal? Papersourceuniversity.com is a great place to start educating yourself and they offer some free courses. Donna Bauer & Troy Fullwood have low priced education, stay away from overpriced gurus that sell notes. Noteexpo is coming up soon and you might find it a good start. But be aware of their education, its $$$$$$.

If you tell us more about what you are trying to do I can do my best to help.

    Excellent Chris and thank you,

I am still learning what I want to do with Notes. I have heard a couple of podcasts with David Campbell-Hassle Free Cash Flow Investing, who paints a pretty rosy picture of investing in mortgage notes here in DFW. he does promote his company as a source for Notes to invest in. I would like to learn more. I found some expensive courses, books, etc..., but I love the knowledge base this club has. If I need to invest money and time with someone to learn more about SFH Performing and Non-Performing notes, who could be recommended, and who should I run from...?

If there are people to partner with...?

    Thank you very much,

    Rich Jarvis

I don't know where to get Dallas notes, we buy all over the USA and prefer nonjudicial states. We also prefer non performing notes, though buy performers as well. Its like having a rental, w/o the headaches. I'll be there Saturday if you want to chat... If its ok Robin, email: info at silverwoodllc . com to anyone who wants to ask questions. There is also the note summit comming...
