“In preparation to update the City Council on the implementation of amendments to Chapter 27 – Minimum Property Standards, including the Single Family Rental Registration and Inspection Program, staff will conduct community meetings to gather feedback from stakeholders. Anticipated participants include property owners, property management companies, tenants, industry associations, and anyone else who wishes to express their views. This feedback will be presented to Council as part of the general update on Chapter 27.
