I have a lead on lot that is about 3/4 of an acre in Azle that has onsite well, septic tank and electricity. Should be enough room to put at least 3 maybe 4 mobile homes for great cash flow opportunity.
I am looking to wholesale but don't know what kind of value to put on it, nor know many buyers who maybe interested in this kind of investment.
