Are you or anyone that you know interested in purchasing and finishing out this a 17,000 SF home in Cedar HIll?
I'm working with sellers who used their lifes savings to try and build a home, but they ran out of money.  The appraised value of the property in its current condition is $700K and the ARV will be around $2M.  Please see the pictures attached and let me know if there is any other information that you may need.  I have foundation and post tension plans, soil test report, structural engineers report on soundness of the property. I can be reached at delario@realty.social or you can call me directly at 214-531-0402

What comps do you have to support the ARV of $2M.  It is the largest house on that street.  You can email me at anesia2814@gmail.com or call me directly at 832-773-8249.

It definitely seems like a big risk, but I guess someone might take the adage big risk, big return.
I feel bad for the people that spent their life savings and got in over their heads.  They will
probably end up losing a bundle.
