Wanting to see if anyone would be interested in partnering up on a potential deal for a mobile home and land it sits on. Since I am not familiar with mobile home deals or the area (Newark), I'd prefer to lean on someone who is. I'd be open to partnering up on a wholesale deal or maybe even a birddog fee if someone wants to take it down themselves. I'm thinking it may make for a rental or owner finance deal. At this point I don't even know if there is even a deal to be had but I figured its worth a shot since he did call me looking to sell.
