    hi,

not sure how this works in TX, but say you want to buy a property subject-to, that is currently in foreclosure process.  can you work with the bank, and cure the default once the notice of sale has been given or is that too late?

In Colorado we had specific deadlines to cure before the auction.

    Thanks!

I have purchased property just a couple of days prior to foreclosure sale. In my experience as long as the mortgage company and trustee is getting their money and the loan is being brought current they will stop the sale. As well I have been at the sale and seen property pulled minutes before being offered for sale.
