Dallas-Fort Worth Real Estate Investor Club

 I've been considering getting a real estate license to aid my business of real estate investing.  My son and I are new to real estate investing and I think getting a real estate license would be beneficial to us.  Any thoughts out there on if obtaining a real estate license is a good thing to do?  Also, there are so many online classes for getting real estate license.  Any recommendations on what course I should select<

It will cost you minimum $1500(MLS fees, key card, Continuing education etc) to manage the license and any broker fees. If you  are trying to buy and sell from realtor listings it will be good for you.
