My husband and I live in Denver but will be in the DFW area from Dec 25th to 29th. We are hoping to tour the Fort Worth and Arlington area for potential buy and holds. Our strategy is to purchase minor distressed properties with hard-money, fix them up, and refinance with conventional loans. We would be grateful to anyone willing to meet with us to learn more about these markets and/or to show us around. We are also looking for property managers and general contractors to build our team. We both used to live in Dallas as well as Carrollton for a combined 10 years.
