Does anyone know if a Greenville TX is a good place to buy a house.
I have a homeowner who was in the process of remodeling his house but for some personal reasons he had to move to another state and left the house unfinished.
The house is about 864 sqft and it has new concrete, walls, ceilings, roof, and HVAC.
The Kitchen is missing all the cabinets and counter top. The laundry room needs to be added to the house.
Hi is asking for $55K cash, according to a contractor it will cost about 20K to do finish. The houses in the area sell for about 100K.
I am asking our investors with more experience and see what they think?
Any help would be greatly appreciate it.
