    Looking for some recommendation - one of my renters want to buy the property. Anyone know of a good mortgage broker that can help him. He needs to work on his credit, etc. Thanks.

    We have used Ruben de la Torre with Supreme Lending  @ 817-223-1193 (his cell)

    He can close in 3 weeks which is a super advantage in this market.

    We have used several lenders in our Keller Williams business over the past 20 years and he has been the best.

     

    If you need a credit help person, I have one of those too.

    Sheik, 2 options here:

    1. There are loans available for person's all the way down to a 500 score if needed.  They will need more downpayment money to receive this type of a loan.
    2. There are also programs that some lenders have that will run someone's credit through to come up with a plan on how to raise the score by X points.  I have used this program many times and have raised someone's score by 50+ points before.  But they need money to do this as well.
    If this is a person who needs downpayment assistance, they will need a credit score of 640 or so, dependent on the down payment assistance program.  If they can use a standard FHA loan most lenders need a 580 credit score to lend with FHA money.  Lots of options and paths to take so feel free to reach out with any questions.
