You can read all the articles in the world and all the books in the world but it seems to me that the hardest thing to figure out so far is how to pick between all the different mentor programs.

I am not looking for a national guru....I am looking for someone that is local, but even that is like trying to find a needle in a haystack because there are so many choices, price differences, and topics.

What kind of advice can you guys give on trying to find and pick a good mentor.

My background consist of a lot of my family being somehow involved in either realestate or contractors and I have read a ton of material as well as attended multiple DFW RIE meetings at the Dallas location.  Thanks!!

    Hi Nick

Tim Cook here.  I have a very simple mentor program that is tailored to your needs.  Very easy for anyone to get into with out having to sell your car or do three house deals first and there is no contract.  Glad to discuss with you if interested.

Are you full time with real estate or have a flexible schedule? I so I meet each Thursday in Arlington with a group of real estate focused investores who are active in the DFW area. If you are interested, email me @ rjsu.properties@gmail.com. We don't "mentor", but learn/teach each other and it works for us better than the paid programs do.
