If the title co. is investor friendly, the title attorney and/or escrow officer will:
- Be easily accessible when you need to communicate with them.
- Allow & help facilitate:
- Assignments of Contract
- Double Closings
- Simultaneous Closings (may depend on the guidelines set by the title policy underwriter)
- "Subject To" & Owner Finance transactions
- Be proactive and prompt in communicating with you about whatever they require in order to close your transaction and issue a clean title policy.
- Do remote closings as needed.
