Folks,

I am sure some of you have bought a tenant occupied investment property with a lease that expires in the future. Can you please offer some tips to handle the transition of the property from one landlord to another if some of the documentation like the "Property Inventory and Condition" is missing and the current landlord can't seem to locate all of the lease and pet agreements.
