This person is needing insulation put into a small 12X18 'shed' that he is moving in to since losing his home. He might be able to pay on a pay-out system, as he lives on dis-ability. there may be a few other things like getting water or electric to the 'shed' - or mini frame house, that needed to be done or finished. i can put someone in touch with the guy if anyone has enough heart to help.
