Buyers looking for occupied rentals w/o rehab

    I have recently come across some occupied rentals for sale through a private source. Right now there are only 5 but could be as many as 50 from same source in Ft Worth soon, Anyone interested? Range is 55k-85K'ish and possible package deals. Also, possible owner finance.
