Hey, Cory, I am a certified master private money broker with access to hundreds of lenders each of whom has multiple programs for the fix and flip investor. I will be glad to help you find ones you can select from...it is possible to get 100% financing even with a low FICO score, but the "deal" has to be a really good one for these asset-based, interest-only lenders. 817-271-3355.......
