    I am getting ready to send out my next round of marketing for Tarrant and Johnson counties and want to be more specific with it. If you are currently buying wholesale deals; e-mail me with what your looking for, what zips or areas you buy in and max % of ARV you will pay.

    I am a wholesale investor also looking to upgrade my buyers list in Tarrant and Parker counties. I would like to know who you are, contact numbers and Email address. What percentage of the ARV are you looking for and your criteria in the homes.     have you compiled or sent your mailing?  If not- we are largely in NE Tarrant. 3-2 TAD values $90-130k, zips: 76-180,182,137,053,021,148,248,118. Max % ARV might depend but the standard is 65-70%.

    Hello All,

    I am a fairly new investor as well and am also looking to expand my buyers list.  I have been a Realtor for the last 10 years so I am familiar with the real estate industry.  I am now seriously focusing my efforts on building my own investment portfolio by wholesaling and rehabbing.  I typically work the Irving, Coppell, Lewisville areas, but have recently had some luck in Lancaster, DeSoto, Cedar Hill, Arlington, Grand Prairie and some part of Dallas.
