do you make sure that if your buyer doesn't go through with it that you are not obligated to buy

Not ready for this yet----just increasing my knowledge.
Thanks for your time.

Build relationships, and you can glean from their knowledge and resources...I have an Option to Purchase form. You might be able to find one on line. (Maybe the TREC website - google, trec forms) Possibly the title co. if you have one someone has recommended to you...or one you are familliar with. Not exactly sure what you mean about assignee to buy...If this type of investing interests you, you might look for local training of this technique...but I'm not really sure based on this small amt of info what exactly it is you are wanting to do. If you would like to talk a bit, you can call me, and maybe once i know what it is you are trying to accomplish, i could make a recommendation. My number 817-719-7991. If I cant answer, i will try to return call asap. Do leave a msg. if I dont answer - so I will know who called, and know you arent a 'customer' calling. This Sat. will be busy, but I will be at the meeting tomorrow Sat. 1-29, and you can ask me before or after. I will likely be at the check in table! Blessings! Cindy Carriger
