When selecting a Qualified Intermediary it's important to find one that is financially sound, has lots of experience with multiple qualified people in the office, has strict adherence to the timeline and follows up with you. Remember, they receive your sale proceeds and then use those proceeds to pay for the acquisition(s). Their integrity and financial strength are of the utmost importance.
