Does anyone have a vendor who can do wood floors...sand them down and maybe re-stain them. This is a rental property and I have to keep my expenses down. Please help. I believe someone gave me a contact either James Eden or AJ Rehman....I need to get a bid so I can get this rented asap. Please help.....
