A major detriment to our Real Estate business is in front of the Senate in the form of Senate bills 1993, 1994, 1995.
As they currently stand, they will shut down(make illegal) our abiities to do Subject-to and Wrap around Mortgages.
Please help in the fight to guard our abilities to continue business as we know it, or kill these bills for good.
