Hi Everybody,

My name is Lilian Iheanatu, i have been thinking about getting into real estate investing for sometime.i am undecided in how i am going to start out on this journey,flipping or having rental properties in the future. i started by mailing out 250 yellow letters to absentee owners in april,only 2 owners called back and they are not motivated sellers.i mailed another 500 absentee owners yellow letters,my phone did not ring.i am not going to give up.Any help from this club will  appreciate.Hoping to learn a lot of things from this forum.
