Assignment Contract for Flipping

    Hello All,

    Does anyone have or know where I can get a assignment contract to flip a property over to a rehabber or investor?

    I am knew to this but the owner wants to sell asap! I need the contract used for Texas to contract with him so I can flip it over to someone who has the money and resources to property dispose of the property.

    I think all you need to do on the purchase is put your name followed by "and/or assigns" for the buyer.

    The assignment will be with the rehabber.

    That is always the best option, but it may be too expensive for someone just starting out to have an attorney on staff.  An assignment of contract form is pretty simple and straightforward so the impact should be quite low.  I have see people do it with a handwritten note so at least this form would be better than that!
