    I'm looking for someone with experience to handle small repairs of all types who also has a team of trades who together can do larger jobs. I'm a buy and hold investor with 40+ sfr and commercial properties. SFRs are primarily located in the NFW area but also come in Frisco, Allen, and McKinney.

    Total rehab experience would be a plus as I soon hope to do some buy/flip as I'm reaching the limit of properties I can manage.
