All my personal private money lenders (family) funds are tied up. I have a awesome deal on my hands but the agent is going to push it out to his other investors tomorrow afternoon so I would lose the deal. ( agents a friend and "holding" onto it as long as he can before he pushes it out to other investors.
I am looking for a HML or private lender that is able to close quickly and able to analyze the deal in a day and make a decision. IS this even possible as I have never done a deal with a HML or PL.
