    I am new to the rental industry. However, my wife and I are trying to get some ideas. We have one rent house now and are looking to buy another one. We don't have a lot to put down, or know where to start looking for a house. Can anyone please help us get started.

    Courtney, the hardest part of having rental properties is finding a home!  Really, it is very challenging to find a home right now.  I would highly recommend to attend some DFW REI Club meetings to learn more about finding homes and what metrics to use.  For lending you will likely need at least 20% down of the purchase price of the home to buy an investment property unless you use hard money.  Feel free to stop by some upcoming meetings to learn more!
