    Yes please add me to your list for Tarrant, Parker and Hood counties.  My preferred deal is brick 3/2/2 and 4/2/2 for rehabs but will work anything that is a deal.  I will also take your leads that are NON-DEALS for your business model if they are a motivated seller and NEED help, such as little to no equity in it and wholesale doesn't work.
