    Jim

I buy apartments.  Please send me income, expense and rent roll, email any pictures available and it would also be helpful if you could go to my web site below, click on Sell Your Property Today and answer all the questions about your property.  Please use my email address below to send the requested info and we'll take a look at it Jim.

    Talk to you soon.

    Team,

I need your help.  Are you ready to start making some extra money BEFORE the holidays?  I am, but are you?

I have a buyer with $$$CASH$$$$, lots of it looking for 2 to 4 houses a month meeting the following criteria:

3/2/2 or 4/2/2 (garage conversions acceptable, NO 2  bdrm)
In nicer neighborhoods of Tarrant County ONLY (may make an acception for a really sweet deal)
    ARV of 90K to 300K +/-15% considered
Minor to major rehab ok (burnouts acceptable, pre-1978 builts acceptable)
Vacants are best so there is no delay in starting rehab

Here’s the kicker – MUST BE 65% OF ARV MINUS REPAIRS (including your assignment fee) WITH SOLID COMPS AND SOLID REPAIR ESTIMATES

If you can get me deals meeting the above criteria we are ready to close as soon as title work is done and GET YOU PAID!  We could all have a very nice holiday season.

THE CASH IS BURNING A HOLE IN THEIR POCKETS SO CALL OR EMAIL ME ASAP.
