    LaSonya,

    Look on the left side of that page and choose one of the options under the "Real Estate" heading.  If you need info based on a property address (rather than grantee/grantor), you can go to TAD.org to find the grantee's/grantor's name(s).

    Cindy that is a great tool I have used for years(actually it was updated about a year ago but i used the previous site too). But for new investors you need to know that the site is no substitute for a title search. If you are doing a sub-2 deal or paying cash the items you need are there but are sometimes difficult to find. A simple name search will not turn up everything so be thorough.
