Anyone using, or can direct me, to a custodian that specializes in Self Directed IRA? I'd like to use my IRA funds to invest in purchasing real estate. Thanks in advance.

I have also used Equity Trust Company out of Ohio.  Their Website is www.trustetc.com.  I have always been exceptionally pleased with their customer service.  Their customer service is probably the best I've ever experienced from any company of any kind (and they haven't paid me a cent to say that).

You may want to look at this one before you decide. They are the most flexible I have found. You can phone me if you wish to talk about what I see as the difference. 817 798-7444

SOLO 401K allows you to be the manager of the TRUST, so you do not have any delays caused by the custodians.
