Among the types of properties im interested in, at least at first, is small houses near universities. Ive seen one recently and its in the "el cheapo" price range around $25K or so, which would be perfect for myself as something to start with for getting a few rentals aquired.
This is something I could pay off in well under a year.
The only types of financing Im familiar with is the traditional mortgage.
