Gary & Cynthia Schmidt have been landlords for 20 years and have had over 600 tenants. They have been in the courtroom for over 16 years and have been in front of the judge 500 times. During those 16 years, the Schmidt’s learned how to obtain judgments in the Forcible Entry or Small Claims Court, but they realized that obtaining the judgment is where all landlords stopped the procedure.
